Wainscott Residence
Wainscott, NY
GMS engineered this 9,500 SF single family home, which was completed in 2012. The structure has significant cantilevers in addition to large expanses of glazing. The “hanging garden” roofs are designed as green terraces and are fully covered with plantings.
