GMS provided engineering and architectural services for the restoration of the masonry façade of this stately pre-war apartment building located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side Landmark District. Extensive exterior survey work was undertaken to assess the condition of the building’s enclosure. Comprehensive documents were prepared for the extensive repair work of the façade, terraces, skylights and 2nd Floor setback roof of the building in the capacity of building engineer.
