Nirab Manandhar has worked with Gilsanz Murray Steficek since September 2013. Nirab has worked on a variety of projects including office buildings, hospitals, retail fit-outs, and private residences. His recent projects include redevelopments at 5 Times Square, 16 East 34th Street, and 730 Fifth Avenue, the roll-out of Emblem Health clinics at several locations in New York City and Long Island, new offices for Estee Lauder, structural services for MEP infrastructure in New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital and the new building at Staten Island University Hospital.
Nirab holds a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Truman State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York.
