Isaac Epstein has worked with Gilsanz Murray Steficek since June 2013. Isaac holds M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Queens College.

Isaac’s projects include vibration / structural health monitoring and consultation on adjacent construction for a variety of new construction, his recent projects include a new 76,000 sf, 12 story plus cellar state of the art medical office building for the Mt. Sinai Health System located at 160 West 124th Street in Manhattan, a new mixed-use, residential apartment building 11 stories, 120,000 gsf at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, and a top-to-bottom overhaul of a 1947 landmark building at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, in Manhattan.

Isaac is a registered Professional Engineer in New York and holds ICC Special Inspector certifications in Welding, Steel and Bolting and Reinforced Concrete Associate, and steel inspector for New Jersey.
