Before joining GMS in 2008, David Hoy worked for several northeast consulting engineering firms, including seven years operating his own engineering firm. His 33 plus years of experience as a structural engineer include the design of new structures for commercial, institutional, and residential clients, investigations, feasibility studies, and the design of repairs and modifications to a wide variety of structural systems and materials.
