Monroe College celebrated the topping out of the West Hall dormitory on March 21, 2014. The sister dormitory Alison Hall (at left in photo below) was completed in 2004. West Hall went into construction in mid-2013 and is on schedule for completion in late 2014. The topping out of the West Hall dormitory was made possible by the tremendous efforts of everyone involved, but especially Holt Construction, the general contractor, and the Villa Construction, the concrete sub-contractor.
