40 Mercer GMS served as both the Structural Engineer and Façade Consultant for this new hotel project in Manhattan’s SoHo district. This design involved very large and very unique glazing technologies that challenged all traditional curtain wall fabrication. GMS developed extensive details to transform the Architect’s vision into “constructible” reality.
