Existing Construction – Exterior Envelope Consulting

GMS provided Structural, Facade and Roof Consulting services to the Architect for the restoration of the entire envelope of this existing office  building in Midtown Manhattan. Services included preparation of detailed drawings and specifications, mock-up testing and Inspection of curtain wall, window replacement and roof work. The project also included comprehensive masonry restoration.
