Jerry Smith, PE

Jerry Smith works with the Gilsanz Murray Steficek Building Envelope Consulting Group.  He has worked on a range of projects, including new construction overcladding and façade renovations, such as the new luxury condominium at 45 East 60^th Street, replacement curtainwall at 280 Park Avenue, and the overcladding, new storefront and roof replacement at 330 Madison Avenue. Jerry has over 25 years of experience in design, restoration and forensic investigations for facades and waterproofing.
