Structural design of a $54 million 250,000 sf multi-purpose facility at the SCCC Grant Campus on Long Island. The athletic features of the building include a 58,000 sf field house with a 40’ high ceiling, fitness center and pool. The building also has an education component including classrooms, lecture halls and laboratories.
