GMS provided structural design and building envelope consulting services for this 11-story, 73,600 square foot luxury residential building with 8,000 square feet of retail space constructed atop the subway tunnels. We assisted in detailing the unique façade that features undulating curtain wall surfaces and worked with DOT to obtain approval.
