This mixed-use development includes 60,000 square feet of showroom space at the ground and mezzanine levels fronting 11th Avenue for the full block between 53rd and 54th Streets, as well as over 250,000 square feet in three below grade cellar levels for servicing cars. GMS serves as owner’s structural representative to review the base building construction, as well as the structural engineer for the fit-out of the showroom and automotive service levels.
