GMS has provided structural engineering services over several years for the Lutheran Medical Center. Projects include:
In 2012, structural engineering services for the installation and replacement of new chillers as well as a new Bi-Plane Radiograph.
In 2007, structural design services were provided for a new 25,000 sf one-story non-combustible clinic with one level of underground parking. The building was constructed to allow for future two-story expansion.
Renovations at the main building for multiple procedures in both the X-ray area, and in the MRI suites.
In 2005, GMS provided structural evaluation and design services for the infill of an existing hole in the 3rd floor slab that was exposed during construction.
