Jaguar Land Rover North American Headquarters
GMS provided structural engineering services to renovate this 180,000 square foot office building as the new North American headquarters for Jaguar Land Rover. The project expanded the building horizontally to create a 35,000 square foot technical training and workshop building, featuring specialty automotive equipment. The project also included a new glass curtain wall system at the existing building atrium, and a glass-clad interior automotive showroom space.
In addition to providing workspace for the manufacturer’s over 400 employees, the campus will also feature a showroom, technical shop and training spaces, a fitness center, a dining hall, and other support spaces. The project aims to achieve LEED™-CI Silver Certification.
