Avalon Rockledge Place

Avalon Rockledge Place consists of a 14-story 407-unit apartment development, including 325 apartments, a 12-unit, 4-story townhouse complex and garage, totaling approximately 503,500 GSF. The cast-in-place concrete perimeter foundation walls and the interior masonry bearing walls sit on spread footings. Typical floor slabs are only 6” thick. Completed in 2002.
