GMS has provided continued engineering and architectural services for the restoration of the masonry façade of this stately pre-war 21-story apartment building located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side Landmark District since becoming the building engineer in 1999.  Comprehensive documents were prepared for the extensive repair work of the façades, terraces, balconies and roof of the building.  GMS also provided professional services for the parking garage structural/waterproofing assessment and replacement, Local Law 11 inspections and ongoing maintenance recommendations.
