GMS provided structural engineering and curtain wall consulting for this new eleven story tower.  The ground floor is retail, while the remaining floors are residential with two penthouses at the top. The structural design features concrete slab on metal deck floors with a steel framed structure supported by a mat foundation slab.  The 19,000 sf building extends 135 feet above the curb and occupies a 23-foot wide lot.
